How do I start?Create an account by clicking "Log In" on the top right side. You will see the option to sign up through Email, Facebook, or Gmail accounts. Creating an account will help you track the progress of your order, talk to the embroidery artist one-on-one, and help you generate reward points. Browse through our blank hats and apparel selection to determine what style and color you want for your customization project. Click "Add to Cart". Make sure to upload an image of what you want to get embroidered. After you click "Add to Cart", the Cart Page will appear and show you the order summary. If it doesn't appear, you can click "CART" on the top right side.

What is image digitization?Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a file format (EMB file) used by industrial embroidery machines. Bklyn Thread digitization provides a high-quality stitch file with the best level of detail available. Any trademarked logo orders will be canceled and refunded.

Do I have to pay a $30 digitizing fee every time an order is placed?No. Digitization is only a one-time setup fee for every new design. Digitizing is separate from the cost of the products and design. When the design is digitized, depending on the number of stitches for the logo, will determine the cost of the design. The only thing that has to be digitized are personal logos or designs. Letters & numbers do not need to be digitized. There are a variety of fonts you can choose from to do names, numbers, or symbols.

What is the payment process?Full payment is due upon order confirmation. When a payment is received, your order will be secured! The standard turnaround time is 1 week for 12 items or less. For large orders, turnaround time will be determined at the time of order confirmation.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
