Digitization is the process of converting a logo into the file format used by industrial embroidery machines. All artwork isn't an exact match. Some elements and details may be removed to create the perfect overall design for embroidery.
**NEW DESIGN** Image Digitization
All designs must be in an embroidery file. There is a one-time setup charge of $30.00 to convert the design into an embroidery file (EMB file). When the design is received back, depending on the number of stitches for the logo, that determines the cost of the design only. The only images that have to be digitized are personal logos or designs. Letters & Numbers do not need to be digitized. There are a variety of fonts you can choose from to do names, numbers, or symbols.
This is the first step before we can move forward with any new design. Digitization can be added directly through our website by purchasing the **NEW DESIGN** Image Digitization product and following the prompts.
After your design has been digitized, you will be sent a test stitch for approval.
You do not have to pay another $30.00 fee if you decide to use the digitized design again in the future.
Your design stays with us. You will be charged a separate $30.00 fee if you would like your EMB files to be released via email.
