Product Condition Policy

Customers are welcome to bring in their personal pieces. This includes but is not limited to items such as...

  • Shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Hats

  • Pants

If customers decide to bring their pieces, they must be in mint condition with no signs of wear and tear. Working on worn/stretched material makes the job harder because the fabric is not in its original state and causes issues for the needles on the machine when it is time to stitch. If pieces are brought in with noticeable wear and tear, we reserve the right to deny service.

Order Confirmation Policy

Our services and products are on a first come first serve basis. Securing the service or product is done with a deposit. Once the deposit has been received, you are guaranteed the service and/or product. 

Deal Package Policy

All deals must be paid in full the day before the deal's last day. All inquiries after deadlines are not valid. If you inquired before the end of the sale but did not secure your order with Payment, it will not be accepted afterward.
All deals are offered one-time and are only valid during the duration of the sale.

Digitization Policy

This is the first step before we can move forward with any new design. Digitization can be added directly through our website by purchasing the **NEW DESIGN** Image Digitization product and following the prompts.

After your design has been digitized, you will be sent a test stitch for approval.

You do not have to pay another $30.00 fee if you decide to use the digitized design again in the future.

Your design stays with us. You will be charged a separate $30.00 fee if you would like your EMB files to be released via email.
